A frustrating few days as the DC power input jack on my laptop was shaky then finally refused to work therefore the battery wouldn't charge. I got three quotes for the repair - £80, £65, £45. Opting for the £45 was the right decision - repaired within an hour plus they fixed a slightly wobbly screen hinge and the keyboard looks sparkly and new! Based on this treatment I would be happy to recommend.
