Vivian Maier

There was a good article on Vivian's work in Saturday's Telegraph Magazine. She was pretty well unknown until a guy called Maloof found 30,000 of her negs in a lockup auction in 2007. He paid $380 for them. In the '50's she used a 2.8 Rolleiflex on a world tour. The resulting images and their quality is superb, a fixed 80mm Planar, no telephotos here.
