Tardebigge Flight on the Worcester and Birmingham Canal is approximately 27 miles from Aldridge.
"Visit us at this open day and see the canal as you've never seen it before. We're draining eight locks on this large flight so that we can repair the brickwork and coping.
We'll be offering guided tours around the site where you'll get the chance to ask our maintenance teams anything you like. You'll also get the chance to walk along the canal bed and see the 200-year-old brickwork and Victorian engineering close-up. Our heritage experts will also be giving talks about the history of the area."
